AT-XRD-XX is an air-tight sample holder of a zero diffraction plate for powder XRD. Zero diffraction plate with the option of diameter: 17.8, 22.0, 24.6, and 32 mm, which is put inside of the stainless steel holder. The top of the sample holder is covered by Kapton film and tighten by PTFE O-ring. The air-sensitive powder will put in the cavity of zero diffraction plate inside the inert gas glovebox.
